High-performing teams succeed by leveraging diverse strengths, communicating effectively, and working towards shared goals. Based on the Belbin Team Roles framework, this practical workshop helps participants discover how different roles contribute to team success, improve collaboration, overcome challenges, and deliver stronger business results.
